Bulletproof or keto coffee

Bulletproof coffee has been a popular trend in the US for years, boasting a celebrity fan base including the likes of Halle Berry, Ed Sheeran and Gwyneth Paltrow. According to many health gurus, this ‘keto coffee,’ made with coffee, butter, and coconut oil, not only gives you extra energy and helps you lose weight, but it also tastes good too!
To fuel your day, follow the original recipe by adding 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted organic butter (alternatively 1-2 teaspoons of ghee or clarified butter) to a cup of espresso, plus another 1-2 tablespoons of enriched virgin coconut oil (Brain Octane C8 MCT). Blend these ingredients together to create a smooth, creamy coffee that packs a 400-calorie punch, increases intellectual performance, and helps you feel full long past lunchtime. Although there is no scientific evidence to support the weight-loss claims, caffeine found in coffee can certainly boost mental performance and concentration.
Bulletproof coffee tastes like a rich, more intense version of a latte. As the original ingredients are far from cheap, you can make your own version with different varieties of coffee beans. You can also add vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom or soluble cocoa and sweeten it with sugar, dates or maple syrup to make it even tastier.
