At Casa Decor 2024, architect Miriam Alía unveiled the ‘Infinity Lounge’ for Natuzzi Italia. Alia’s vision for the space, which she describes as an ‘innovative lightbox’, focuses on evoking a multitude of emotions as it immerses visitors in a world of shifting sensations.
Stepping into the Infinity Lounge feels like entering a world in constant flux. The depth is striking as reflections ripple towards the horizon, stretching towards infinity. Alia’s masterful control of light creates an immersive atmosphere as light bounces off every surface, taking you on a thrilling journey of visual discovery.
The visual spectacle of the Natuzzi Italia space creates a haven of comfort and elegance where organic forms meet clean, minimalist lines. The tangible and the intangible intertwine in perfect harmony. Here, the physical world blends seamlessly with emotions, memories, and sensations, creating a unique atmosphere that invites visitors to explore the connection between what we touch and what we feel.
The project showcases exquisite designer furniture from Natuzzi Italia; carpets from Alfombras KP; ceramics by Harmony; and cutting-edge technological solutions from Xaza (bioclimatic pergola), Nagami (3D-printed columns), Häfele (lighting and home automation) and Hager (mechanisms). The project was brought to life by Área 3 Equipamiento, Diseño e Interiorismo.
