Nais space at Casa Decor 2024

Devesa & Agenjo Interiorismo unveils the Nais Space ‘COCO, stay & relax’ at Casa Decor 2024, a boutique hotel concept that can translate to the home

A standout at Casa Decor 2024, held this year from April 11 to May 26 in Madrid’s Palacio de La Trinidad, the Nais Space ‘COCO, stay & relax’ garnered the most visitor attention. Amidst over 4,000 square metres showcasing 55 spaces and the work of 200 participants, Devesa & Agenjo created a serene boutique hotel oasis, a design concept easily adaptable for residential spaces.
‘Coco Stay & Relax’ is an organic sanctuary where the craftsmanship of ceramics takes centre stage. The design successfully integrates soft tones and natural materials to create a relaxing atmosphere. Stone walls and herringbone ceramic floors complement the sleek elegance of minimalist furniture, lush plants, and a large pendant light.
Inviting curves create a sense of embrace, inviting you to enjoy some quality time of peace and quiet. Every space, from the welcoming lobby to the cosy café, can be adapted to your needs in your own home to create a personalised and protective haven. The spa offers a sanctuary, a space for reconnecting with yourself and disconnecting from the outside world.
Ceramics embody sustainable luxury. Initially understated, this versatile material transforms into a soothing spectrum of colours and textures, harmoniously complemented by indoor and outdoor greenery.
As with other Casa Decor spaces, a collaborative effort involving diverse businesses brought ‘COCO, stay & relax’ to life.
Key contributors include: Jacob Delafon (sanitaryware, taps and accessories), Ecoclay (mortar, rock clay paint), CR Class (murals, decorative textiles), Antigüedades Marsol e Hijos (antique door, ceramics, decorative pieces), BTicino (hotel solutions, mechanisms), Aromas del campo (lighting), Baimara (cushions, candles), Guguiarte (biophilic design, floral installation), and Ainhoa Moreno López (cellulose artwork).
