Yoghurt parfaits with granola, fruit & edible flowers

Yoghurt is a nutritional powerhouse packed with protein and probiotics that support healthy digestion and a strong immune system. Adding granola boosts the fibre, vitamin, and mineral content, rounded off with the beneficial nutrients of fruit and edible flowers. The result is a delicious, satisfying, and visually stunning breakfast that is sure to start your day with a smile.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 400 g plain yoghurt
  • 200 g granola
  • 1 orange (in segments, cut in half)
  • Mint leaves (to taste)
  • Edible flowers (lilacs, orange blossoms etc.)
  • Honey
  • Coconut oil (optional)
  • Chopped walnuts

Method

Begin by lightly crushing the granola with a little coconut oil. In two large glasses or wide-mouthed jars, layer with granola, then a spoonful of yoghurt. Greek yoghurt’s extra-creamy texture makes it a perfect choice. Continue layering until the glass is almost full. Top with the orange segments arranged in a star or around the inside edge of the glass. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle generously with honey. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and edible flowers.
