Ingredients (2 servings)
- 400 g plain yoghurt
- 200 g granola
- 1 orange (in segments, cut in half)
- Mint leaves (to taste)
- Edible flowers (lilacs, orange blossoms etc.)
- Honey
- Coconut oil (optional)
- Chopped walnuts
Method
Begin by lightly crushing the granola with a little coconut oil. In two large glasses or wide-mouthed jars, layer with granola, then a spoonful of yoghurt. Greek yoghurt’s extra-creamy texture makes it a perfect choice. Continue layering until the glass is almost full. Top with the orange segments arranged in a star or around the inside edge of the glass. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle generously with honey. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and edible flowers.
