How did you get started as an influencer?
I began by sharing my everyday life as a pastry chef in Lanzarote, showing behind-the-scenes moments at work and sharing the creative journey of each dessert in a natural, friendly, and visually curated way. Over time, I’ve evolved my content to include entrepreneurship, gastronomy, and lifestyle.
What do you enjoy most about being an influencer?
I’m passionate about inspiring and empowering others to follow their dreams. I love telling the real stories behind each business and everyone who decides to take the leap.
Do you have many followers?
My Instagram community is just under 15,000 followers, with another 15,000 on TikTok. Many videos top 10,000 views, and engagement runs consistently high.
What does Lanzarote mean to you?
Lanzarote is my home and the soul of my brand. Here I created Adelia Coffee, my artisan café–patisserie where I fuse signature coffee, creative baking, and sweet experiences.
What’s next on the horizon for you?
I want to strengthen Adelia Coffee as a creative gastronomic hub in Lanzarote, combine in-person experiences with digital growth, continue building collaborations with like-minded brands, and position myself as an ambassador for Canarian talent and innovation.
