\n2 peaches (or mango or papaya)
\n1 thick slice of watermelon (seedless)
\nJuice of 1 lime or lemon
\n2 tablespoons olive oil

\nUsing twelve skewers (metal or wooden), thread the fish and fruit alternately\u2014sea bass, pineapple, peach, watermelon and kiwi\u2014repeating until the skewer is full. Don\u2019t pack them too tightly so they cook evenly.
