Adding granola boosts the fibre, vitamin, and mineral content, rounded off with the beneficial nutrients of fruit and edible flowers. The result is a delicious, satisfying, and visually stunning breakfast that is sure to start your day with a smile.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Ingredients (2 servings)<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g plain yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>200 g granola<\/li>\n<li>1 orange (in segments, cut in half)<\/li>\n<li>Mint leaves (to taste)<\/li>\n<li>Edible flowers (lilacs, orange blossoms etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Honey<\/li>\n<li>Coconut oil (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Method<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Begin by lightly crushing the granola with a little coconut oil. In two large glasses or wide-mouthed jars, layer with granola, then a spoonful of yoghurt. Greek yoghurt\u2019s extra-creamy texture makes it a perfect choice. Continue layering until the glass is almost full. Top with the orange segments arranged in a star or around the inside edge of the glass. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle generously with honey.
