Imagine a velvety mango smoothie with a fiery kick from chamoy, a spicy sauce that lends its distinctive spicy flavour. Mangonada makes for a stimulating and refreshing frozen sweet drink, though it\u2019s not exactly light on the calorie count!<\/p>\n<h3><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">250g fresh mango cubes (frozen works well too)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">Chamoy sauce (to taste)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">120 ml water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">Juice of lime or lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ESPAOL-OK\">Taj\u00edn seasoning (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Method<\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Chill the mangoes before using. Dice them into bite-size pieces to make blending easier. Combine the mango cubes, lime juice, sugar and water in a blender and blend until you have a silky-smooth mixture.<br \/>\nTo serve, prepare the glasses by sprinkling a little Taj\u00edn seasoning on each rim. Then pour chamoy sauce into the bottom and drizzle over the sides of the glass(es). Alternate a layer of mango mixture and more chamoy until the glass is filled. For the finishing touch, sprinkle additional Taj\u00edn seasoning on top. And that&#8217;s it!
