If you prefer, you can replace the cream with frothed milk, and the sugar with sweetener or leave it out completely. The following ingredients make two generous-sized cups of latte, maybe not 3XL size, though!<\/p>\n<h3><em>Ingredients (for 2 people)<\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>30ml pumpkin puree, natural, homemade or shop-bought<\/li>\n<li>12g sugar or sweetener (to taste)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of ground nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of ground cloves<\/li>\n<li>450ml whole milk, semi-skimmed milk or non-dairy alternative<\/li>\n<li>70ml freshly brewed coffee<\/li>\n<li>Whipping cream to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Method<\/em><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Place the pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix well with the sugar and spices. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add the milk and heat without boiling. Mix with a whisk. Add the freshly brewed strong coffee to the hot milk and stir. Strain through a sieve and serve freshly brewed in two large mugs.
